Hi, I'm Theresa!

Owner & Founder of Together We Thrive Coaching & Counselling. Theresa is a trained clinical counsellor and a Registered Social Worker at Together We Thrive Coaching & Counselling which she founded in 2023.

As a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, I understand both the struggles and superpowers that come from living with ADHD. I am passionate about supporting overwhelmed women and women with ADHD to regulate their emotions, manage negative thinking, and get into action so they can overcome overwhelm, embrace their ADHD (or life struggles), and achieve fulfilment in their everyday lives. ✨

Strategies and mindset techniques that I share have proved to be transformative in my life to alleviate my own struggles as well as those of my clients in both counselling and coaching settings. Many teachings are derived from successful coaches that I have learned from, including Tony Robbins, Mel Robbins, Brooke Castillo, and Tracy Otsuka. As a trained clinical counsellor, I also integrate Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into my work with clients.

Coaching. Theresa offers ADHD and life coaching services internationally to women with ADHD and overwhelmed women.

Counselling. Theresa offers counselling services to residents of British Columbia, any age and gender.
