Strategies and mindset techniques that will be shared have proved to be transformative in Theresa's life to alleviate her own struggles as well as those of her clients in both counselling and coaching settings. Many teachings are derived from successful coaches that Theresa has learned from, including Tony Robbins, Mel Robbins, Brooke Castillo, and Tracy Otsuka.
